On the occasion of the 5th anniversary from the invasion in Iraq and within a big research of Thematic Evening, we present the new episode of Reportage Without Frontiers:
SECRET OPERATION: DESTROY IRAQ – ET1 10pm
Everyone in the USA, including George W. Bush himself, admit that several mistakes were made regarding the war in Iraq, most of all because there was no plan for the reconstruction of the country after the fall of Sadam Hussein’s regime. But, what if the recognition of these mistakes is the cover for a secret plan?
A Pentagon officer reveals to Reportage Without Frontiers that the American Ministry of Defense had announced a secret contest for the exploitation of the Iraqi oil -in which several multinational companies participated- before the invasion in the country. The contest started five months before the war, when the White House still publicly claimed that it aimed to a diplomatic resolution of the problem!
According to the Pentagon officer Bunny Greenhouse, the contest had been set up and was given to Halliburton, a company owned by the American vice-president Dick Cheney.
The plan, which aimed to the full administrational and economical disintegration of the country and to the abjection of the Iraqi people, was accompanied by huge financial scandals. The American truck drivers that worked in Iraq on behalf of Halliburton as well as the independent lawyers that today investigate the scandals are revealing to us: 9 billion dollars Iraqi money –which Iraq owned, but was confiscated with the invasion- has disappeared!
When the Iraqi reacted to the invasion and begun their resistance, the American government applied Plan Salvador, which aimed to the beginning of religious conflicts and the split of the population. Tens of thousands Shia people, which were trained by American counselors in the new arm forces, were quickly transformed to paramilitary groups and started to torture and kill the Sunni people. The American policy of riving the Iraqi people in order to reign had “reached the top” with the wall within the city of Baghdad, built by the American army, which splits neighborhoods according to the people’s religion.
