Title : POLYTEXNEIO: FROM THE BOMBS TO THE LAW SCHOOL
Subject : GREEK HISTORY

This documentary presents the history of the students resistance against the dictatorship of the 21st of April, based on coloured cinematic material from the Polytexneion uprising that is shown for the first time. It features fifty testimonies of members of the students' movement, members of illegal resistance organisations, that had adopted dynamic types of fighting against the junta, academics, artists and people who participated in the colonels’ regime.

This special report examines the period that started on the 21st of April 1967, when - as if in a game of fate - students occupied the Polytexneio building in Athens (polytechnic school), and ended seven years later with the students uprising in that same building.
