This documentary presents the story of Ragib Duran, famous Turkish journalist, professor and correspondent of the French "Liberation" in Turkey, who was sentenced to nine months in prison in 1998, accused as a terrorist for conducting an interview with the PKK leader, Abdullah Ocalan.

Stelios Kouloglou talked with Duran while he was in prison, and met with him right after his release in January 1999. The documentary evolves into a survey of the state of human rights in Turkey, and features interviews with the president of the Turkish Human Rights Committee, Akin Birdal, actor Leved Kircha, and the mother of journalist Metin Goktepe, who was murdered after being tortured in a police station.
